Here's a basic step-by-step:

Candidates are asked to rate the importance of 25 motivational needs. Their responses are analysed to generate a personal motivational profile. Up to 20 candidates can be assessed per recruitment campaign and each campaign costs one credit.

Your team (up to 50 employees) are asked to rate the importance of the same needs. They are also asked how effectively your organisation delivers on these needs. In order to attain honest feedback, anonymity is assured to your staff.

Hired Logic identifies critical gaps between the needs profiles of your candidates, team and organisation. These gaps provide the basis for an open and honest discussion around possible benefits and challenges for each potential hire. No other tool can give such an accurate assessment of how a candidate is likely to fit within a team and the broader organisation.
